At a mere 122,000 miles on the weak but indestructible 3.0, the previous owner managed to destroy it. It cranks over but sounds like the timing chain is busted or the cam is snapped in half. It isn't frozen like happens when the cam synch grenades and doesn't stop the engine from churning, it turns over freely.
I don't think it is worth fixing. 122,000 miles, something is broken in the motor, shocks are just sticks in a hollow tube, this thing was pushed HARD. It would be a money pit. Sad thing too I kinda need the transmission.
I think I'll keep the wheels and steering wheel (it's perfect) and the seat rails and scrap the rest.
