You can use the VSS on the tailhshaft of the 1356 for the 4x4cm for sure
But I bet it would also understand the signal that is driving the speedometer also, if you want to tap into that.
Tapping into the speedo signal is not going to interfere with the speedometer, one sensor can feed many modules.
let us know what you find out for sure! I live and breathe this stuff.
