Cut the bolt off flat and use a nut and bolt with a big washer on the bottom of the floor. Same thing happened in my 06 and whitey. Whitey I was able to take a punch and knock the bolt through the floor. On my 06 the seat bolt holes are reinforced better I had to drill it out and nut and bolt it
