Well, there goes my long bed swap (mines a 2008) lol. Unless the frames are the same from a couple years prior...good luck on the build! I like reading the build threads.

It's easy to convert to a long bed. You literally only need 3 parts. First part is obviously the bed the 2nd part is the rear frame section from a long bed truck and the third part is the hard part you will have to have a rear drive shaft made since ford never made an extended cab long bed the drive shaft dosen't exist. Keep in mind that is only for extended cab trucks regular cab trucks were available with long beds. Changing of the rear frame is as easy as 16 bolts. Complete swap takes a good day to do
