I dont pull the eninge out the top I drop them out the bottom. I cut the frame behind the body mounts on the radiator support and in front off the cab mounts and cut the transmission crossmember along with the torsion bars and raise the truck up leaving the engine transmission and front suspension on the ground. Typically takes me about 3 hours to completely dismantle a ranger. 2.5 hours if its 2wd
