Alright, had chance to watch the video, i *think* i might have seen it before. So they were pretty harsh on the garandgear plug, and that's fair enough, but i think one of their facts was wrong - that the M2 ball spec is the max service limit for the garand. IIRC, those pressures/service limits are well documented and are above the pressures of M2 ball. Either way, if you correct the info they have wrong, and read their testing, what you have is that the garandgear plug is fine for anything but heavy bullets or high speed 30.06 ammo. So whilst it's nice having the confirmation that the Shuster plug is easy and close to the same price, as i know i won't be firing special rounds through mine, both their tests and my reading, show that there is little/no different between the plugs. TLDR; only heavy bullets and high speed (speciality ammo) causes a problem here.
