That was Friday morning going to work.

I had to use the old 1 tablespoon dishwashing liquid, 1 tablespoon 99.9% isopropyl alcohol, and a half gallon of warm water mix to do a quick thaw.

I've heard that if you wipe the door seals down with silicone spray, they won't freeze.  Never tried it, so I don't if it works as a preventative or not.

I can confirm, this does work.  I do every fall, and then maybe a refresh in the middle of winter.

That's good to know.  First hand verification!  I'm gonna try that, because last time I had to beat my way around the door frame with my gloved hand until it finally opened.  Speaking of frozen things, I went to fill my gas tank Friday after work and I found my gas cap was frozen closed.  Snow melting off the bed cover had run down and behind the fuel door, making a puddle that froze around the cap.  Talk about a fun time getting that open!
