I bought an old Dell Precision T3500.

6 core Xeon X5650

16G Ram

NVIDIA GK107GL [Quadro K2000] vid card

Had fresh windows 11 which is sitting on my desk because I loaded Xubuntu on an old SSD.

I absolutely love this thing. Hyperthreaded so shows up  as 12 cores, has a gob of old school ports I can even get info off my old IDE drives. Fast as a server but quiet like a desktop.

I don't game but for the stuff I do daily it is 3 times faster than the I5 laptop I've been using. Weighs like 40 LBS lol.

No clue what you're talking about. But it sounds like an upgrade.

I got the expo running did a few burn outs in the alley beside my house. So now it's tear down time

It seemed to. I let run a few heat cycles. Did a few burn outs backed it in the garage and started tearing it down.
