I’m missing my key to the spare tire lock that covers the access hole to lower the spare. I saw a “blank” key for sale on ebay. Can a ley be cut to open the existing lock? Other recommendations? Thanks

A "blank" key is a key that needs to be cut for making a duplicate key.

If we knew the year and specifics we may be able to help more.
