 Ain't posted on this thread in awhile. So. Here is an updated/more current pic of how my Ranger sits for now. I am saving money for the V8 Swap. Not cheap. But I am beyond ecstatic to do it. I have to drop the tranny out of the Explorer and rebuild it first, before I stick it anywhere near my Ranger. 

Enjoy the pic of my baby :)

Now why on Earth would you do that?  The IONs look GREAT on that truck!  Maybe reconsider and just use the stock wheels for winter use... pop the IONs back on in the spring?

 (Yesterday): Changed oil and filter, checked fluids and tire pressures. Installed a spring for the tilt steering lever (don't know where the original went). Washed, dried cleaned interior and windows. SHINY! Now it's supposed to rain tomorrow :angry:

 Charged the oil.  Realized the next oil change is also a transmission service.  Checked tire pressure.  They were all 24lbs so I corrected that.  Should help my mpg a little.  Just been driving it daily.  About 65 miles a day.

 I drove all the way from southern Columbus to southern Michigan and back. Was about a 5 1/2- 6 hour drive.

Had tires balanced and changed oil before the trip. I have something out of balance, feels like driveshaft or pinion bearing.

But I started my automotive/moto tattoo sleeve on Monday. Here is the piece. Sat for 4 hours like a rock. This is my 4th tattoo. Started with simple linework and then she shaded and did the color. It was $300 plus $10 tip I gave her. :)

 Took my raptor 700 out for a little ride. Sad to show this but found it on it's side already.... 2.3/stick trans/stick transfer case. Frame is so clean I'd eat off it.....

 Driver side front wheel is coated with brake fluid. I see a caliper rebuild or replacement and a brake job has jumped to the top of my "todo" list.

I had other plans for the weekend.

I replaced a cracked banjo bolt washer. I was prepared for the worst and the materials to fix this was just over $10 with a $5 coupon from O'reillys so it only cost just over $5.

 This morning on our way out to Home Depot my wife found a spot under my Ranger that looked like something was leaking. I started checking it out & found it was coolant. I started with the heater hoses & found the heater valve in the heater hoses was wet. A quick run to Advance Auto Parts & with their 20% off coupon it cost me $20.00 & 1 gal of coolant & it is fixed. At least it was easy to get at right on top by the a/c evap box.
