Hello, I just replaced the engine in my 1993 Ford Ranger XLT super cab 4.0l 5 speed manual. I have almost everything back in, but I have run into trouble with a few wires in my transmission. I have a separate harness that plugs into the main wiring harness at the back of my engine. Big white plug, and the other end has two smaller plugs in it, which is the right number of connectors that I need. I have on the top left had side of my transmission a plug that is red, but I can't get the plug on the harness to connect into it. I also have a wire that seems like it comes from the right side of the transmission over the top with one smaller black plug. I can't get it to plug in either. I also have a black plug up close to my motor where the bug white plug plugs in and I can't find where it plugs in anywhere. Now I am guessing one of these two wires are for the reverse lights and the other a safety switch so it can't just be started in gear. Please help, a picture it worth a million dollars to me in this situation. I have not added any pictures, but I can if anyone is willing to help me out. It is just annoying to download pictures since AT&T made it where you can't send pictures to your e-mail. Thank you, a million times over
