Been slowly pouring through Mitchell, G2, Yukon, Warn (no longer available at all), other axle kits and I've come across very little or nothing. Either they have some stuff and don't list it because... I dunno, Ranger!

Anyone have suggestions on available parts like chromoly upgrades, front inners/outers for 8.8 and TTB 93-97 Setups? I do plan on adding Dana 44 stubby knuckles to the Dana 35 setup.

Will it matter if I change the gearing from 3:73 to 4:56 or a 4:88 or is the ring & pinion independent from that thought?

IIRC on a 4WD you need to have the front diff & the rear diff the same gearing & the ring gear should be bolted to the carrier inside the housing, & the pinion is in the housing.

I may have worded that wrong. I know the frt/rear diffs have to have matching gearing. My question was if I am to find upgraded half-shafts for the rear Axle and the fronts and I have 3:73 gears now, ahhhh never mind I just figured out the internal ends of the shaft wont matter...
