My truck still hasn't  done that odd thing again(knock on wood)
yet.I don't think it was my fuel pump(as my mechanic thinks it is) I think it's more spark related.
Anyway, who knows the proper fuel pressure for my 3.0 ??
I'll be seeing him soon for other minor things. When i do,I'll
get him to check my fuel pressure, while i'm there.
Whats the correct fuel pressure ??

Old retired guy:cheers:frd

I dug around on the internet, but couldn't find anything I would be comfortable in believing.

Well, a 1.6L Honda civic is 38-42lbs

Everything Ive seen states that 65 is close to the norm and good but for a defined answer, You could call up a dealer and ask someone in the service for an answer if you don't find a comfortable answer.

1997 and earlier Rangers use Return fuel system, two fuel lines, with Fuel Pressure Regulator(FPR) on the fuel rail, they used 30-40psi fuel pressure

1998 and up Rangers got Returnless fuel system, one fuel line, no FPR, they used 55-65psi fuel pressure

Not related to engine size, just Model year
