Problem with ohming the TCC is it can ohm correctly with no shorts and still not work since they have moving parts inside. They can be stuck. So if you don't find a wiring problem and the tcc ohms good you are still "going in"

OK I drove the truck to work this morning all OK, on the way home when I was almost home the OD off light started blinking. When I got home I checked it for codes & the PO741 code is back.

Time to drop the pan! Check out the wiring. Hopefull the solenoid pack was actually replaced with your rebuild?

08 escape! NOooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo..... I had to weld up an oil pan on a 2014 Nissan Rogue last week, neighbors sister came back here to visit, put her tire in the exact wrong spot and tore it open. I thought I had it bad.............

08 Escape, yes. I am in the process of replacing the r/s front wheel bearing.

OK today when leaving work while driving through the parking lot I went to turn to pull up to the traffic light at the highway & the truck stalled, it started right back up & I pulled to the light. Once it turned green I went to pull out on to the highway the truck started to (the best I can describe) buck & surge like an engine miss & the tach was jumping while the truck was bucking & surging. Then it stopped & I continued on to the interstate. It did the same thing a few more times on the way home, but did not stall again.
