Welcome to FR. A quick search found a lot of 92 but no 93. 92 was a totally different truck than the 93. Depending on where you live you might be able to find one in a bone yard or buy a complete rear ended truck for parts.

Does anyone else know where he might find one?

You do know these things don't just bolt in, you have to chop the old one out and weld the new one in? Sorry if you knew that I have no idea of your mechanical experience.

yes there are like 6 plug welds you will have to break, then you can grind them flush and fit the new piece

dang I see them for 89-92 and for 95+
What gives????

Looks like you might have to buy one used

What is the difference between a 93 ranger and a 96-97? Anyone? I ask because I do not know, to me 93-97 seem very similar....
