The fiberglass is sanded, I'm thinking either a little more fiberglass resin or a lite cosy of body filler.
I sanded though  in one place, so may have to do the resin, the 80 grit paper did its job, too fast !
Next project is the Tractor, notice on last use, fluid on the rear left tire.  Need to start her up and double check for a leak; hoping it is only a hydraulic hose.

Got a little more of the sanding of the fiberglass done, had a few holes in teh glass work... !

Brushed a thin coat of Resin on, let it set, took some 120 to it, roughed it up and got it ready for the Filler/Primer.

I got closer to finishing the Grille Shell side lights, thought about paint, would need some SEMs E4 Red.
$22/Can, $15 for some Filler-Primer, and $15 for Clear Top Coat; with taxed $59.
Where did the $4.00 can of spray paint go ?
Put on two coats of the Filler/Primer, will attempt the first primer sanding tomorrow after Bloodwork.

Paint after bloodwork. Sounds like a bad sit-com.

I'm a firm believer in rattle can paint, last fall I did a motorcycle tank, turned out like 5 times better than I thought it would. I had to do some serious filler work to match a previous attempt to repair a dent by the last owner.

If you need some E4 red I have a few cans left over from our 99 Explorer Sport from when I painted the exterior door handle & from when I repaired the rocker panels.

That should have been "Bodywork, funny what the Autocorrect comes up with !
Although I just went yesterday and had Bloodwork done for a physical coming up in two weeks. !
AND yes, I should check things over before hitting the POST Button.

Thanks Mike, If I was closer I would take you up on that but the shipping "now-a-days" would end up costing me the same.
I have the paint and stuff now so I'm good.

I have it in the back of my head to paint the little ranger "Cement Gray" a Toyota color; things might be a changing !

I used Fiberglass cloth and resin on the pods to make sure they were held in place really well.
I haven't worked with fiberglass for a long time and it showed when I started the sanding, plenty of air bubbles under the cloth.
I thought I pushed all the corners in tight but when I sanded it the first time some showed up then I used primer/filler and started re-sanding and Wham Bam, more bubbles under the cloth.
So right now I have the pods in place, fiberglassed with a few more holes in the cloth from air bubbles, I guess I went a little deeper with what I thought was going to be the last sanding.
Got some new Bondo, will do a thin coat of It tomorrow and start sanding as soon as I can; AFTER I finish the Outside Lighting Project... had to lower two of the outside lights because the new down-spouts went across the lens.

Been down with a severe Sinsus infection for the last three weeks, nothing done on anything.

Was cutting the Southeast field with a Walk-Behind Self-propelled Whip Whip, thinking I was getting some excercise, worked on the field for three or so hours.

Came in took a shower and sat down, before the end of the day I had a knot in my forehead and a PAIN there too.
Got meds twice, finally let go of the infection abotu four days ago but still had the pressure, pain, and blurry vision.
Let go yesterday, just three weeks... WTF, never have I ever had anything like it before, must have been an overload.

Getting back to normal but I need to mount the Brush hog and decimate the weeds growing in three large areas of the property.
then back to the Grille Frame and get that finished.

When I could think straight, I did some quick measuring of the Dash Area of the '03 Ranger EDGE, using a spare Gauge Cluster outer panel, I drew a quick line drawing of what I would like to see as a new gauge cluster.
I have some digital gauges left over from a project a few years back, well maybe more than that, might try to put something together.

Take care all,

EM, thanks for asking !
Yup, every night, good pricing on that stuff at Costco !
I too think it was an allergy thing, I have never had allergies but that doesn't mean you can't start having problems.

I was In the thick of the spring heavy pollen and cutting with a walk behind large Weed Whip, 26" path.     was flying everywhere for over two hours.

Thank GOD better now, still have slight pressure behind my left eye but hoping for that to go soon.

I had assumed I didnt suffer allergies. For years I had been treating allergies with cold medicine until one year I noticed my "cold" had diminished but kept returning, moving from sinus to chest. I did a symptom research and decided to try flonase. It worked!! The following year I treated myself with flonase again and determined I had mistaken allergies as a cold. Since then i havent suffered with allergies and havent had any "colds". Others may recommend a antihistamine but I dont like they way they make me feel personally.

Starting at the beginning of March until October I use Flonase twice a day. I will also cycle Allegra and Zyrtec with a once daily. When one stops working I switch to the other.
