I'm still thinking on this one, maybe just needs to have the letters spread out some maybe not !

Was also thinking an aluminum strip, 4" wide  in the center and 2 3/4" wide on the sides. what do you think ?

I think they are ok where they are.

Would have to see the aluminum strips to visualize your project, but sounds good!

I did a little more work on the Grille when I was completing the Project Headlight Mod.
Here is a Picture with the Letters and the Grille Lights... Not Raptor but along that lines.

Still a few things to finaish.

Grille Lights and the Halos will be wired for DRLs.

I decided to use the Halos as Directional enhancing lights.
The Hallo Directionals will be on the low power  and the Halo DRLs will on the high power position.
The Grille Lights will be just on !

Grille Lights are done, and connected with the Halos to a DRL circuit.

The Halos don't work with the directionals, something I need to look into.

Grille Done for now.

I hooked my halo's to the signal.  But mine didn't have two power positions.  They are switchbacks, so when signalling, they are orange, when simply on they are white.  Multiple power levels can be difficult as you need to supply two differing voltages, and not all LED's are the same.  Supply less that it is specced for, and it just won't light.  Too much and the lifespan gets cut down.

I think I have a second Grille Thread so I will post here for the last time.

To get the Amber Halos on with the DRLs, I had to switch the wiring some; the high/low power leads switch didn't do much. (Needed (to me) to match the three grille lights).
I connected the low power lead to the directionals thinking it would switchback to white but NOT.
The Halos are on amber with the DRLs and stay on solid amber all the time even with the OEM directionals working properly.
I now have DRLs using the Grille Three LED lights and the Halos in the amber color !

On another note:  Got the Hella Horns in, not impressed but it might be the installation or just me !
I'm thinking because of the tinny sound I'm getting, it is because of the mounting and location, another thing to check out... later on !

Next on to the Mirror Mods:
1) Add directional lights
2) Add puddle lights (?) (Don't have many puddles in SoCal).
3) Add a mount for additional Blind Spot Mirror on driver's side.

Later all

@Scrambler: my son installed a pair of used F150 dual-note horns on his Ranger right after he got it.  Those same horns now reside behind the grille of his Chevy Avalanche.  They sound great!

I need to work on the Hella Horns first, then think on what to exchange them with if it doesn't work out !

The F-150 Horns sound good but I don't have a JY near me... that actually $ucks !

Yeah.  Having a Pull-A-Part near is extremely handy.  Our local JY had a huge fire about a month ago.  Two of their three buildings burned to the ground.  I haven't verified it, but I'm pretty sure they are back open again.
