I bought a string of construction lights on e-bay.

The guy was in Washington, there was a parallel transaction for sales tax separate from the purchase. I'm still investigating but it looks legit.

Yes it has. Confused me at first as well. I use PayPal, so I see 2 transactions per purchase. One for the item and one for the tax. I'll have to pay more attention to see if that includes purchases that state no tax, free shipping. I'll report back.

SOB

It wasnt that long ago that sales tax was not required for online purchases....then that all changed, dang. Now they are just going nuts!!
Washington state has lost its damn mind....following Oregon into the CA hole........

Have you seen the Liberty State movement?
Half of Washington State wants to succeed
Seattle wants to follow Bezerkley and no longer allow natural gas to be added to any new structures!!
Soda tax, homeless tax....Amazon has already left town.... this is not good business.
I know I just love cooking and heating everything with electricity??!!?!?! Sounds nice and cheap....
GO Liberty State Movement!!

Idaho is surrounded by nutjobs
Utah, Montana, Canada and Washington!! Lord help us
We are making a final stand up here in the panhandle. American Redoubt!
I hope Trump gets Greenland :P I've got one more big move left in me.......

I hope someone in the trump camp can take over after his 8th year. I have seen changes in so many things, I don't feel helpless any more.

We will just set up Viking camps in Minnesota. But they have to LEGALLY apply for US citizenship first.

I thought they were more PC now and replaced the rape with plundering. Lol

I had to re read that, thought it was "Dangerfield" and instantly thought "My wife was afraid of the dark... then she saw me naked and now she's afraid of the light."

Forget it my 15 year old son just told me.

So my grandpa named ben after the clock was a big hooey

All the alarm clocks I bought during my youth named big bens were all a lie.

And my teenage son knows all this and I don't.

"No dad, big ben is the nickname for the bell inside the tower"

Clever lad - there are four quarter bells as well as the Great Bell which is nicknamed Big Ben.

The quarter bells ring the chimes and Big Ben strikes the hours.

100% legit.  Washington requires sales tax on all items. Even those shipped out of state

Might as well shop local and see  and touch what you want. I just placed an order with RockAuto. added to my purchase was 15.99 shipping because each part came from a different warehouse + 5.20 tax.:'( I also think they tax the shipping charge???
