IS this going in your 2000 3.0?

I can sell you and ship you one? I am in North Idaho I have a couple of 1354m but I charge a bunch for these to make it worth my while ($350 plus ship)

We can probably find one on Ebay also (some of the biggest wreckers in the business sell on Ebay)
Also have you checked your local junk yards?
What about your local craigslist?

You will want the t case AND the shifter linkage along with the bolts, sometimes the T case is the easy part to find the linkage and hardware can be tougher
Do you also need a front driveshaft?

Dang! You should be able to find a 1354 manual around you for sure! Have you tried Ebay? I see them in the yards here in Idaho. THere are so many rangers out there you are sure to find one with the linkage if you go looking. The 1354 was used behind all the engines in the Ranger... some Gen I explorers and explorer sports also had them. Keep looking! I remember you used to be able to get them for $50-100 now they are fetching $3-400 but they are still out there
