As some of you may already know, I've been doing my \"Raptor Inspired\" Ford letter blanks for a few years now.
No fear, I'm still doing them... in 1/4\" and 3/4\" thick material.
But, I now have the ability to adjust the width & height of each letter to fit a wider variety of grilles & even tailgates.
Pictured below: On top are my original letters & on bottom is a little experiment I did making the letters a bit more square.
I also have created the entire alphabet using the letter style I created, so the possibilities are nearly unlimited now.
For my Ranger friends only, a set of my letters will run $25 + shipping. Offer good as long as I'm able to afford the material 
Custom letters & sizes will be slightly higher, but I'll keep the pricing as reasonable as possible.
At some point, I'll be creating entire alphabets for the classic Ranger fender badges as well as the 06+ fender badges.
For custom sizes, I'll need the measurements of your grille opening & the letters, words or whatever you'd like made. I'll create a design & let you see what the finished product will look (there may be slight variations, but I strive to make things as close to exact as possible).
Custom orders will need to be done on a pre-paid basis due to them being custom.
Let me know what ideas you have & we'll see what we can come up with.
