Here's the deal, my storage unit is closed, and my room is full of steering wheels. So if you buy them before they can be put into storage, I'll give you a deal!

I have four. One is from a 2002 Ranger, the other three are from 04-06 Rangers. All are leather with cruise. The newer style ones are all good but used condition, and can be used to upgrade your 1998-2003 or replace your 2004-06 steering wheels.

Prices: 95-03 $20+ shipping 04-06 $80 Shipped Prices do not include shipping airbags, so if you want them prices may go up unless you are local. And ALL 04-06 AIRBAGS HAVE NOT HAD THE RECALL DONE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND INSTALLING THEM. However, your local dealer may preform the recall for you, which is why I am willing to include them.

Now that the disclaimers are out of the way, Pictures:

2002 Wheel: Leather shows wear, \"ON\" button has a crack forming from use.

04-06 #1:

04-06 #2:

04-06 #3:

If you want more information or pictures, just let me know!

Do we have other selections, styles choices ?

The 04-06 Steering Wheels will Plug and Play on an '03 EDGE ?

Thinking on it.

Ltr

p.s. What is the recall about ?

First, since it is most important, the airbag recall. If you have heard of Takata, or the airbags that explode and potentially throw shrapnel like a grenade at you, that's the recall I am referring to. These airbags are first generation infiltrators and have the likelihood of killing you in a crash. Some dealerships are willing to do the recall on these if you supply the VIN of a truck that needs it done (easily found in many junkyards). You can also buy a new airbag from Ford, or source a parts truck with the recall done. As is though, these airbags that I have should not be put into a truck and thought of as safe.

These wheels are Plug and Play from 1995-2006 Rangers, with the 95-03 trucks needing a little modification to the airbag clip to connect the electricals. The cruise control pods and horn have the same hookups as the older styles. (This is all information I have gathered from seeing the swaps others have done over the years, I have yet to do it myself)

As for other options you have, I put together a list a few years back of potential options. Link: https://ford-rangers.com/forum46/575.html

As long as you're alright with the responsibility of getting the airbag safe, I don't mind shipping it. I'll have to look up the correct way to ship airbags and then send you a PM

What is safe and what is legal are usually 2 different things.

They ship pyrotechnics so there must be a container safe enough to ship an air bag.

I am okay with disabling the air bag and then shipping, since I would never hook the air bag up it is only for looks to update an old truck
My 97 F350 and my 88 BII are slated to get late model ranger wheels..... eventually

I have one in perfect shape but when I put it on.. I don't know it was a little thinner than what I was used to. I put one of my wrinkled ones back on. It was too smooth also, it didn't seem to have texture. But it had no rips.
