Tempting, I'm thinking there must be something wrong with it. Ticking, slipping, knocking, something

hard to pull a truck that clean apart....

but I would do it!
That price plus CBI might just be to move it quickly off the lot?? Ad says its a creampuff

It is not 4x4, they always do that, they are full time AWD

Interior was awesome too. So good I kept the carpet and put it in my 2000. Don't ever do that LOL it is actually not wide enough there is over an inch gap on right and left. Ranger carpet would work in an expo just fine you would have to cut a little off for the sills.

Jamman, how far away are you from it?

Something like that in the metro ATL is $4K or more provided there is not a major issue with it.

Not all vehicles here have lived here their entire life. I have 2 virtually rust free rangers to prove that. The 3rd now... er... getting there.

Both my main Rangers have their original shackles unless one of the previous owners owns a large industrial riveting tool. You just have to look them over before you buy. I actually take a small ball peen hammer and a phillips screwdriver with me to look at rangers. I hit the frame with a hammer by the back bumper and attempt to put a screwdriver through the frame. Adam has personally looked at the frame on my short cab 4WD and couldn't believe how solid it was.

I thought we were speculating what could be wrong.

Drooling over mike69's ranger, you would have never suspected how much stuff hes had to replace underneath because of the salt

So, salted underbody is my guess for low milage with a low price. Also gotta knock off a couple hundred bucks for brown interior.

I once had a 94 cougar xr7 forest green with green leather interior. Barf..so I'm one to talk. Lol

Yeah, shame to cut that one up unless, like you all mentioned, it is rusted apart underneath or an engine issue.

EDIT: @Eddie: Just noticed, the listing says the interior is gray (looks tan to me)

Yes it lists the interior as grey but In the pictures it's clearly not grey so I'm gonna guess that the expo pictured is not the one for sale

it's camera angle and lighting reflection. Look at the back seats they are grey. Just buy it already. And give it to me.

Cameras can change colors drastically, that is a fact.  Funny how the front looks tan and the back looks gray, even though the camera angle is almost exactly the same.

Toward evening things can look a little "tanner". I've taken pics where white things looked yellow.

You know, the more I look at that Expo, the more I want it. LOL  About the only thing wrong with it is the owner curbed both right side tires.
