Started the concrete for the back patio and walkways yesterday... forms and re-rod. Concrete tomorrow !
A week ago I did the trenches for the Propane Line, Water Line and Electricity !
Hard digging here in SoCal, ground is like concrete and my little backhoe is almost useless, until you get 8 inches down.

Should have Walkways, Patio and Fireplace Pad by the week end; next need a new grill, and looking at Gas Fireplaces.

Wanted to put in some pics but the posting button calls for LINKS ONLY !  Not sure what that actually means but I don't have a hosting location.

Go to the top of the page & where it says menu, click on that & you get a drop down menu, then click on gallery, & then click on upload photos. Then you can then upload pictures from your computer.

Still haven't moved the photos from the camera to the computer but the concrete has been poured and setting nicely !

Need a grill, thinking Weber Summit, and some sort of SS Table for the Grill Area, will be used like a counter top in a kitchen and allow people to sit and talk to you while you are cooking or for serving drinks. Saw some in the local Craig's List need to get back to the guy !

After that need to find some good pricing on either Cider or Redwood 6"x6" Beams, around 9' tall and 2x8" Boards.

Here is a link to the charcoal grille my wife & I purchased last year, we love it. We purchased it from Home Depot where she works.

The Weber Kettle - they are well know for quality !

I was actually thinking the Summit Gas Series, something with a cabinet system under it and in S/S. The one I like has six burners and a smoker pot, but only money will tell !

I love Charcoal Grilled Food but the Gas Grill is FAR easier in the long run !

Damn! Wish we lived closer together. I have a gently used CharBroil SS gas grill. Bought it, used it one season, cleaned it up like new and never used it again (wife insists on charcoal). Cast bronze burners, side burner, two tanks, all stainless... it is a beauty and was my dream grill. Gave over $400 for it; tried to sell it this summer and got ONE offer of $50 from a co-worker. Told him if I didn't like him so much, I would have throat-punched him for an offer like that. LOL

Sounds like a good  grill !

Won't be for a while getting the Weber, but I will have it soon enough !

My Wife likes charcoal too and I for a long time used nothing but  charcoal, loved the flavor... but after trying a gas grill, the gas grill has it all over the charcoal for a fast meal, add a little wood chips on a side tray and you get some smoking done too !

Weber has just the unit !

Here is a quick Phone Pic of the Rear Patio and Walkway to Garage and Barn.

Walkway is in the shade and didn't come out as well as I would have wanted it to !

Rotated by JAMMAN, Thx/Ltr

Not sure why... everything I do and it still comes out upside down.
I turned it upside down on my computer... hoping that it would import right-side up but no-go !

Anyone ?

Not actually a button - look on top of each pic in YOUR gallery - but nothing seems to happen the FIRST time you click on it - just refresh the page and it will flip round - it will flip 90 degrees each time you click on Rotate.

Wow, I just went to the Gallery and believe me... I did not see the "Delete - Rotate" Line above the pictures. I do not think they were there... !
Anyway, got it, thanks for rotating the pictures !

AND you didn't insert with the G button.

There are 2 attachment routines, the gallery with the G button:

https://ford-rangers.com/view_post.php?post_id=218

AND the attachment "browse" button in posts. Only use the browse if you have a single picture and you don't want to upload it to the gallery OR if you have a PDF or text file, gallery is only for images.
