It was very good. Needed more ghost (for the taste) but I can see finishing the bottle off in a couple weeks.

I grow biker billy jalapenos in my back yard

Good morning. The sun is out & the temp is supposed to be near 60° today. Time to get the Mustang out of the garage & do some more work on it.

I used to be a mustang fanatic. I wanted a 67. I bought and owned an 86 for a while, 86 GT with a 5.0 3.73 rear. Don't know when I stopped, probably when the ranger came out and replaced the courier.

It's really tasty as well as hot. Next one I'm going to pick will have a lot of ghost. reaper is hot but I don't dig the taste 100%. There is just something about ghost...

I raised some habaneros 2 years ago, that is HOT but if you over do it they taste a little like plastic IMO.

This was from my back porch, biker billy jalaps fully mature:

Had one of those back in 1974-1975.  Poor thing got totaled twice.  First time, I let a friend drive it and he lost it during a burnout.  Got it fixed and me and same friend went cruising for chicks one night after a concert.  Got T-boned at an intersection... guy was estimated at over 70mph (in town) with a mid-sixties Delta 88.  The front clip broke off at the firewall and he took it with him.  A half second farther into the intersection and he would have caught me in the door (and most likely, I wouldn't be here).  Yeah, he was drunk and stoned at the time.  Loved that car... wish I still had it!

I've raised several varities including habaneros, jalps, and hungarian wax (a great overall variety). Word of advice......if you are dicing/slicing the nuclear hot ones in mass quantity, either wear latex gloves or don't do #1 for a couple hours. And...soap does NOT remove the oil in the pepper, only time and multiple washings.

^^^^ THIS!  About 15 years ago, I was making some homemade salsa.  Had some really nice serranos and I diced them up and added them to the mix.  Then nature came a' callin'.  I washed my hands thoroughly and headed to the bathroom.  Wife said you could have heard the screams for miles...

Lesson learned. GLOVES!  And serrano peppers aren't nearly as hot as some of the ones you guys use.  Geez, I still have blisters on poor ole Wally!  LOL

I do tri tip ALL THE TIME. I can get it at the local Kroger. I even buy the roast and cut it in strips myself if the pre cut isn't available.

SO we have tri tip in Ohio too :)
