If you notice misspelling
on my post, forgive me.
My daughters cat that she
refuses to take with her used
my key board as a scratching
pad ripped my E and F keys
off my computer, Sorry Danger
Ranger.

I corrected it for you Don.
Is it s desktop or a laptop? I could probably rustle up a keyboard or 12 in my basement.

You can plug a regular USB keyboard in it and use it till a replacement turns up. I only have one dell laptop in the box I'll see if it is a match. I need to throw some of these things away people bring them to me to suck info off the hard drive and destroy the drive. I have maybe 18-20 of them.

We have a parrot, a Indian ring neck (small parrot), it used to be allowed to roam the house. We had to remove that privilege because he is a huge pita and refused to learn. Very noisy, very messy, did I say very noisy?
First thing he would go after is my keyboard....removed so many key so many times I had to get a new one!

Are the keys damaged / lost / eaten?

They just clip in but it can be fiddly.

You can pick replacement keys up on ebay.

yes the keys got so bad they were all loose. The INS and DEL keys were backwards for a while, that was interesting.
I used it as an excuse to get a new fancy gaming keyboard....... I had no idea I could buy replacement keys!! Good tip
