They moved data centres - from their site, no up again:



"It is with sad news we are announcing the closure and migration of our Winston Salem location. Due to a number of factors we cannot keep this location maintained with up to date equipment and network. Your services will be migrated to our nearby and new Miami location. Apart of this move we will be upgrading the core network of your service.

Wednesday 15th August 3PM (GMT-4) the servers will be shutdown and deracked. From here they will have a 12-16 hour journey to Miami Florida where they will be racked and powered back up. During this move your IP address will not change.

We apologize for the short notice."
