The gallery is unrestricted and here to upload, store and display images in posts.
Once you get the hang of it you will find it one of the easiest routines you have ever used!

First you have to get to it! the 2 easiest ways are from here:

Or from here:

Once you are in, the menu explains itself. Click on this link:

You can create folders and organize also in there.

Here is the coolest part though.... when you are posting something just click here to bring up your gallery pics and click on a pic to insert:

That easy  :)

Is there any plans on a Android app to help with uplaoding images?

Android App is something unfortunately I have no experience with.

Tapatalk is something I considered and talked with them like 4 years ago but there was only at the time about 400 licenses for this style software installed, they never came out and said it but I got the impression the market wasn't big enough to support them writing the plug in.

For users of Microsoft Edge.

You need to turn OFF the following options.

Settings - Advanced settings - Block popups AND Smartscreen filter.

For users of Internet Explorer on Windows 10

You need to turn Smartscreen OFF and ADD ford-rangers.com to the compatibility list -

To add a site to the Compatibility View list
  1. Open Internet Explorer, select the Tools button , and then select Compatibility View settings.
  2. Under Add this website, enter the URL of the site you want to add to the list, and then select Add.
Once you turn on Compatibility View, Internet Explorer will automatically show that site in Compatibility View each time you visit. You can turn it off by removing the site from your compatibility list.

For users of Internet Explorer on Windows 7

Select the Compatibility View button in the address bar to display the site in Compatibility View.

The button will turn blue when Compatibility View is turned on for a site.

Note: If you have IE set to clear your browsing history on exit - it will also clear your compatibility list setting - disable clearing on exit if you wish to retain the setting.

I have already built that in to the mobile version of the website I am working on - you will be able to upload an image either from your phone gallery or by taking a new one with the camera and uploading that straight to the site.

Jim/Chris: Several of the members are struggling with having the Gallery rotating pics.  I had that problem as well, and my only recourse was to rotate the pics on my PC in whatever direction to compensate what the Gallery was doing with them.  Can you guys have a look to see what is going on... or (and I'm sure this would be hard to do), give us rotate buttons in the Gallery? :hi

Lol - the gallery is just posting them "as taken".

You can use an image editor to orient them correctly - most will tell you the image is rotated.

I have an image rotation routine in the new gallery I am working on but it is  a bit flaky .....

I could have put a rotate button in. And global thermonuclear war. And poke the mods.

The undeclared king of buttons that have no function LOL.

Right - the gallery rotate button now works.

Both the thumbnail and the main image get rotated 90 degrees anticlockwise each time you click on "rotate".

One small bug - the screen sometimes doesn't refresh after the first rotate of an image but does thereafter - just refresh the page.

Poke the mods sounds painful - best leave the war to your president....

if you want a REALLY useful button then how about one that starts the truck up so it is toasty warm when you go out on a cold morning?
