Hey All....
Im on a couple other Ranger forums. Went over to FRF as it seemed to be more active, then the Red Screen of Death...
Hopefully this place will get some active members!!
After I finish my engine build (Mostly stock 3.0 top end rebuild after failed heads), then I get to start the fun stuff... Mostly lights (already have most of the parts, but want to get the engine running and smoged first).

Welcome and would like to see some pics as you tear in to that 3.0. I think we are gaining steam quickly on this side of the red fence :)

I got BUNCHES of pics of the tear down of the top end of the engine. It was an attempt to document near every bolt and where it was located. Doing the project myself, found out real quick, my phone battery doesn't last long enough to do that and being covered in oil and grease, I didn't want to pick up my phone every other min.

I will get what i have posted up!

So far its been an interesting project. Head Bolts were torqued no more than 40ftlb (verified with Torque Wrench).. Everything came apart easy (except for stripped bolts for High Pressure Power Steering Lines).

So far, its the first vehicle I've worked on that hasn't drawn blood.. Yet...
