While I was searching for ranger emblems I found this. I assume it's a program to make the pictured emblem. If anyone can make these I'd be interested.

You could order Fox Body Mustang 5.0 emblems from some place like LMR & install them under the Ranger emblem, or install them like they were on the 5.0 Mustangs down low on the fender like I did with the 4.0 emblems on my Ranger. Here is a link to the 5.0 emblems from LMR.

Here is a pic of my Ranger where I placed the 4.0 emblems.

I have a friend with a 3D printer I could ask for a quote if you want. STL is scalable you would need to specify length.

No problem. I've been making motorcycle parts for this guy for years. He has to charge but let me know what you want. I'll have to draw it then give him the STL.

It's a decent printer too I could show you some of the parts he really made.

I'm waiting for some emblems to arrive in the mail so I can get measurements. I may have already found a solution I like. But It wouldn't hurt getting a price since others might want these. I'll post measurements as soon as I'm able.

Thank you jamman!!!

The size of the letters would be 1-3/4" in height except the R and the length 8-1/4"
It's intended to replace a standard emblem, so the dimensions could approximate a regular ranger emblem
