My local dealer has one. They are making more power than I expected

I am not sure if I have seen commercials or I am reading and watching too much on the Web.

The new power number are impressive, but why not a small diesel, or even a larger V-6, for those of us that want one !

Ford is making decisions based on their own ideas of what people want or should I say decisions based on what they want people to want.

I'm disappointed in Ford... and yes I understand they have to make money to stay in business.

On Grand Tour the new Top Gear, they quoted the crazy sales number for the F150. I think they want the bigger eco boost for the F150. I think the reason they dropped the ranger was because of low sales and the F150 was flying off the showrooms.

Good news is emmissions is going away soon in most states and we have guys on here that will attempt the bigger eco boost swap I'm sure.

The numbers for the little eco boost are pretty impressive for its size. Walks all over the 4.0L SOHC V6 in the 3rd gen rangers.

I want to see someone put the Godzilla motor in the new ranger. Lol.

its about time they started promoting the new ranger. i saw one a year ago at the columbus ohio auto show. its way too overpriced for me, and id rather have a manual transmission. i still want to test drive one though.
