 Well, Im almost done getting the 91 back up and running. 
since I snapped a couple exhaust bolts, I am looking for replacements.

according to the linked thread, the bolt size is 8mm x 1.25

The matching ARP Bolt 761-1001

I *think* this is the matching Dorman Bolt

If anyone can verify these numbers are correct, that would make my day.

 You snapped them off in the exhaust manifold from the down pipe or manifold to head or??

Not sure of the size on a 91

 Manifold to Head

They were studs and as the heads were going to the machine shop anyways, I wasn't too worried about getting them out (even more so as the heads were completely replaced).

So now I am 2 bolts/studs short getting the exhaust manifolds back on the car...

This is actually the only piece holding me back from starting the truck.

 You should be able to run up to the local hardware store to insure they are M8X1.25, just lay an existing stud against a bolt from their bin.

I myself like socket heads. Always grade 8 if steel, plus I own a large array of allen sockets and wrenches.

 Or you could just drill out te threads in the exhaust manifold where the pipe studs would thread in & use nuts & bolts.

 Well, I can comfirm that the Dorman kit is 5 of the 10 bolts. You will need 5 short and 5 long bolts.

5 of each of those, if anyone is looking for replacement Bolts. Dorman also makes correct size studs as well. Remember the Anti-Sieze when installing Exhaust Bolts!!
