One of those plastic strips on the outside top rear of my cab got blown off by a car wash. I have the piece, what's the "go to" for gluing it back on?

I have seen 3M double sided tape used on medallions on motorcycles. The door bumper strips  on the 90's Mustang also used double sided tape. Try a search on "double sided automotive tape".

3M trim adhesive or E6000 hobby glue
both dry perfectly clear
The 3m stuff is just plain awesome and made for this application. The E6000 hobby glue will hold just about anything together
clean both surfaces of oils or waxes, apply glue, press firm, hold tight with masking tape for a few hours
