Does anyone have a copy of that "zone map" for setting the zone for the compass in an overhead console?

I also read after that you can get it to go in calibrate mode and you are supposed to drive in tight circles at less than 5MPH on a flat surface clockwise. Is this all true, many conflicting articles on speed, circle radius and circle direction.

Thank you-
