Well I hate the heat so I want a/c lol. I have all the hard parts in, just curious where the connectors are for the compressor, electric fan and high pressure switch. The truck is a 2003 with the 2.3 duratect
Looks like you have a lot go "gathering" to do !
Good Luck and post so others can consider this route you have taken.

should I take a “how to†thread? Side note I found the fan hook up, only the compressor and high pressure connectors are left to be found
What about the electrical connections ?
I am not the one to tell you what you need for the hookup, I am at best a backyard mechanic, I do a lot of mods to the truck and in my younger years I worked on my Ranger a lot more than I do now.
"should I take a how to"... if you mean should you write a how-to, I would say yes; if you mean should I follow a how-to I would say if someone has done this mod before than at least read through it and get an idea.
Also, I was thinking inside of the truck, what needs to be changed inside, electrics, HVAC Panel, per V8 Level II, then there was mention of the heater plenum being different. Funny how many things change for s mod.
