One of my 2000's was made in June.

The latest one was made in February.

The June mobile has connectors that are slightly different and uses T5 base bulbs.

The February one has T10 base bulbs and had the exact same plugs as the controls out of my 97 mountaineer which I stripped.
Good thing because I plan on using the blue controls from the mountaineer along with the cluster for the new project.

So if you buy bulbs for a 2000 you should check to see which ones they are.

Has anyone else had an unusual difference in connections from the same year? You would think the 2000 ranger would be more similar to the 2000 ranger than it is the 1997 Mountaineer but it isn't.

alot can happen in 6 months!!

Somewhere in there they went from green to blue same on Explorers its a pita when trying to repair old trucks...nobody wants a blue HVAC lights in a green light interior truck!!

There are at least 3 versions of the manual HVAC controller that I know of and they do not mix match
