Trying to ID this transmission, and it's sending me for a loop. Looks a lot like the TK 4, but has T5 characteristics in the tailshaft housing. As for as the bellhousing goes, I'm lost. No numbers or stamps, aside from “GLOBAL” on the bellhousing. Any knowledgeable transmission people to weigh in? Thanks

It's either a TK4 or TK5 did you look for a tag on the other side toward the back bottom? Welcome to FR-

Hope you are building a 2WD  :-)

Just read the TK4 will have an "X" on the tag and the 5 will have a.... ready for it?..... "5"

Unfortunately it's missing the ID tag. The main body case looks exactly like a TK 4 to me, but the tailhousing looks different and I think it must have some sort of aftermarket bellhousing too.
