From my understanding, to swap a expo axle into a ranger the mounts need to flipped on the axle tubes. well my thinking is that if a person has a djm drop kit on their truck the axle should fit not problem since it needs to sit above the springs already. I'm curious since I hate the open 7.5” behind my 2.3. All it wants to do is one wheel peels lol.

People do it all day. On a 2WD without riser blocks I read it is between a 4~5" drop which compliments the djm front well. You will have to point the locator pin upward 410 can tell you exactly how to do that.

Sweet! I was under my truck and noticed that it was some 1/2 inch steel bent to meet up with the stock ranger axle mount to the leafs.

I think the Ex rear axles come with Posi and some have 4.10 gears, check them out before buying the one that needs more work.

My truck currently has 3.73 in it, I want  a 3.55 but I'm torn since I do pull a small 4x8 trailer with my quad on it time to time. Then again I'm doing 2800 rpm to do 70 mph...
