Hey guys I have a 1998 ranger with coil suspension. Im planning on getting a 4inch spindle lift but I have one question, will my stock shocks still fit or will I  to get longer ones ?

You do won't need longer shocks.    Lift spindles retain factory suspension geometry, and therefore retain the stock shock length.

And to add...

Different shocks with more dampening and control will make the ride not only better but give you a much improved control over the vehicle altogether. Consider shocks that fit your needs and overall intended use. You don't necessarily need $2000 in shocks just because you have lifted the truck. Lots of guys on here run different setups, some for purpose, some for brand loyalties.

Make good use of the forum, see what other like minded people are using and doing and ask them and others questions.. rounded bunch here with good intentions all around.

Welcome to the site btw.
