Well I guess I should come clean on this, I now own 6 Rangers.

After her first bath I will post pics.

Her name is Dee Dee. Because she is a daily driver.

Would you believe... single cab 2000? I'll let you guess the color.

Dee Dee is real special. Body has 260,487 and engine has 82,000.

She's a 2.5 with a stick, and my first steppie that I'm keeping.

I truly drive it daily to work, it gets better than average fuel mileage being it has 3.73 gears, standard and the 2.5.

Here's the kicker... up till the beginning of 2020 she spent her life in Kentucky. The previous owner lives in southern Ohio and only drove it back and forth to work. There is not any rust on this vehicle, it is freaky. No bed liner, there are scratch marks in the bed that have powder rust but you can still see the steel in all cases.

I will drive it till we have bad weather then I'll use the extended cab at least 8MPG worse than Dee Dee.

Now to update my siggy....

When I used to help people quit their smoking habit, I would go over and take away all their cigs, and all the paraphernalia that comes with it. if you need me to, I can come pick up all rangers and other equipment and tools to help you out.

That sounds about right for a 4-banger, 5-speed, with a 373 rear.  I have a buddy that had that setup in a '95.  His company moved him to Germany. After 10 years in Germany (2016) he got moved back to the states. He sold his Ranger for almost what he paid for it new.  Germans are in love with US trucks. With the money he bought a new 135 BMW and his company shipped it back to the states. He flipped the 135 within 6 months for more than he paid for it and now has a Lariat Diesel.

got some 26mpg tanks out of my '98 2.5 5speed.  They were in the summer so no choke, and all highway to and from work.  No 4x4, no AC, barebones truck, that did it's job.  I get 21-20 out of my '07 4.0 4x4 with ac lol!

Heck yes!!! 6!!!
Can you get a picture of all 6 together? Are they ALL green?
That would be so awesome. This behavior is ENCOURAGED here :)
My neighbor is getting 20 mpg from his 4.0 5 speed 98 ranger 4x4, I have heard people can get near 30 mpg with the 4 banger RWD's...  awesome.
Are 5 now for sale? LOL

None for sale, I'm in constant need of one small part, clip or screw. That's what the "mistake" is for (4th down in my sig).

I am also going to pull the knuckles and half shafts in case I find a couple 98's or 99's.

I might use Mistake's interior for the no name 99 since it is that crud tan color. No carpet either, but I see the usefulness in the rubber floor I might keep the floor.

Well the one I called "mistake" is gone, scrapped it a couple months ago when I sold the house.

Dee Dee is for sale if anyone wants it before I put it on the list. I'll never get close to what I paid for her because nobody will appreciate the frame like I do! Being in Ohio a Kentucky truck is like gold.
It has extreme clear coat loss on the hood and the area in front of the windshield. Not a rusted out piece of crap like most in Ohio.
It has a 2.5 allegedly with 88,000 miles. Runs great but is ugly. Spent most of its life in middle Kentucky, was bought by an iron worker dude that lives in Cincinnati in late 2019, I bought it in mid 2020. He drove it in the winter but it didn't snow in cinci during the time he had it. I didn't drive it last winter either but it did sit in my driveway and was covered in snow. Has not seen salt. Anyone in Ohio will wow at the lack of rust. Frame is straight, has new tires and shocks. Could use ball joints I'm not going to do any work on it besides the blower motor resistor I already bought. AC worked as of last year, I haven't checked it this year but I have a large can of Freon and gauges I'll check it and top it off if necessary. Clutch is good, starts and shifts good. Radio sounds like crap because of the cheap speakers he put in. Wait I have speakers I'll just replace them.
I bet I don't get over a grand for it.

We are truly in the belief that you have seen the "Human-Centipede" way too many times and your devious plans to weld all of these rangers together is soon to come to fruition.
