I have done over $15,000 in business over the past 6 years with PSprint, and received some great product.

I can get no personal service from them at all even after complaining heavily on the sticker issue. The last stickers sucked. All I want is transparent background and opaque logo should that be so hard?

I plan on doing another $3,000 in printing this year on a calendar. Does anyone have personal experience with a smaller printing company that  actually has a helpful staff and wants my money?

It would be like us telling everyone here that needs help to read the manual. I am so tired of it, I feel like I'm trying to buy a manifold bolt from ford headquarters.

2 criteria. Transparent background, opaque logo. Printing company X please just tell me what I have to say to get that. Do you need a special format? Vector? PDF? PNG? One or 2 basic colors? If not a vector does it need to be a certain size? I can make the design anything they need I need to know what they need.

End of rant.

Officially done with them.

Just got another e-mail after my complaint.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting PsPrint.

We definitely are here to answer any questions you have. We have three types of stickers to order from. If you choose the Clear Polyester with UV coating you will get what you need. Everything will be clear except for the color logo.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us by posting a note to your job or by phone at 1-800-511-2009 Monday – Friday 7am – 6pm PST.

Thank you for choosing PsPrint!

OK good and fine. Here's a snapshot of what I ordered last time:

What was wrong with the last ones? Were they not clear?

The logo was semi transparent also and only looked good on a white or lite surface.

Ah - you should have specified that the logo was to be under printed on white.
