Hi Mike, I drift in every so often to check the messages from Jim but it is mostly tumbleweed here.

What are you up to? How's the Mustang project?

Hi Chris, the Mustang project is coming along. The car is in primer & I am going to try my hand painting some of the small parts first to see if I can tackle that job or if I have to send it out for paint. Not looking for a show car paint job, just something that looks nice. I have to bleed the air out of the hydraulic clutch system then get a battery & see if it will start. I tried to uplaod a pic but I keep getting an error message.

Sorry about that - something that used to work in the code has broken - I have cut out the dodgy bit and it should now work.

I have four cars that need paint and my tame paintshop man is retired so I am a bit stuck until I can clear out the garage to be able to spray them myself.

The worst one has clear coat peeling off which means sanding the affected panels back to primer coat and spraying colour and clear coats. Fortunately I have a couple of litres of the colour coat which wasa special mix with larger metallic flakes.
