 Wondering what I have done that I shouldn't ?

I'm looking an ad now, e>file.com... never heard of it before.

When I click on the arrow to get rid of it, it leaves a small up arrow on the lower corner.

I'm getting paranoid.


I went to another thread "Interior Tech",  and an Ad popped up on an out of focus Site Page, I ESC and the Ad went away !

I'm only saying about this Is to help out someone... IF anyone is working on it !

 You have a virus. I believe I removed all the google ad code for even logged out.

If it is happening on more than one site you might have one of those CSS hijacker viruses.


Try a different browser first, if you still get it then it's your computer. If you don't get it it is still your computer but only that one browser.

 Well poop, I'm not logged in on Chrome and I did get an ad. Off to the races, I either left a bit of code in there or I've been hacked.

It does look like a google ad.

 I have a copy of the board I did a month ago, I have confirmed the ad code was in the copy so it was me that overlooked it when I flushed Google from our site.
