Only took me a couple years to get around to updating the Raptor inspired grille on the old ranger, but here's a couple pics:

Here's a link to the entire album for your viewing pleasure:

I'm still debating on what type of yellow led's to use, but i have a few ideas in mind.

If you'd like a set of these letters (with the updated angled corners), the original rounded corner letters or even a set of them in 1/4" thick material, feel free to drop me a message.

Looks good, but for me a little too LARGE, I'm still working on the intermediate lettering.

Lighting... Keep the sides of the Plexiglass Lettering frosted, put LEDs in the rear of each letter. counter sunk into each letter, the plastic will transfer the light to the edges ! (This will work with the thicker letters not the thinner ones. The thinner letters will need to have the LEDs attached to the rear somehow).

If yellow LEDs, then you should get a golden glow around the lettering !

Terry, sorry didn't mean to tell you anything about LEDs !

Working on more Mods, just need more time, longer days would work !
