I dont understand how forums get asked questions that google gets paid by advertisers to do....
Google image search of Rangers with fender skirts
and if there is only 1 -2 pics that should tell you NOBODY is or has done it enough to make it a trendsetting option being sought after which would either parallel everyone elses's thoughts that it just doesnt look right on that era of vehicle or YOU may become the father of a new trend that [oddly] would take off to new limits.

and before it goes onto saying im being an ass about this, im not trying to make your first couple posts become a barrage of insults, im just being realistic and logical here. Hold on a sec. Realize that IF there are pics of such a thing. There is a 99% chance they're online already and Google, Bing, Yahoo, ect... images would pull them even if via the "waybackmachine.com" was the only source... its either flooded, rare, or doesnt exist.
Even if the images available for search were 10,118 images.. whose getting paid by the OP to search through those when the same google search can be performed and searched by the OP.. am I right?
