I had suggested the idea of "Voting and Pictures on Same Thread", but can not find it... searched and went through my postings but to no avail, sorry !
(If any Admin, Mod, happens to find the OTHER Posting, please deleted it, not this one ) !

So here I am again with the suggestion, "Why not put the Pictures and the Voting on the Same Thread" ?

I'm an Old Guy and voting by the "Login Name Only" sometimes doesn't work for me, and I need to review what the actual entries are, before voting !
Switching between Threads, the actual entries and the Voting Threads, isn't hard but IMHO... a PITA , the whole voting thing should be simpler !

Just something to think on, "Voting and Pictures on Same Thread", I like it better than two threads !

Thx for reading and thx for letting me rant AGAIN !

p.s. Comments on the Entries and the Voting, should not be posted to the Mixed Thread, until after the voting is complete !

Very good suggestion Scrambler, maybe our leader could weigh in on it. Their might be a good reason for having it in separate threads, but ultimately it is up to him.

Yup, no problem, just a suggestion !

Once you review the entries and decide which one to vote on... someone come in with a Ranger that stands out even more !   Not a bad thing but now you need two threads to get to the finish !

Thanks for the comment !

If they have to have them in separate threads maybe they could have a link in the view thread to the vote thread to make it a little easier.

Or a thumbnail that is linked back to the entry post in the voting pole.

Just throwing that out there.

I like having the pics and voting together, nice job.

It would be cool to have a suggestion thread or contest poll for future contest too if I may make a suggestion too. I really like seeing all the members trucks. Having contests are great incentives to get members to post pics of things we want to see. Being able to suggest or vote on stuff we want to see would build a good library of ranger images on everything from the inside out, under the hood, or over the top crazy.
