My name is Steve.  I bought my Ranger brand new back in '93, here in sunny Florida.  It's the "calypso green metallic" color, if anyone remembers that color.  Has I believe 126,000 miles on it.  Still running so far.  My friends call it a woman's truck because its never been used to carry anything more the 10 bags of mulch!  LOL   Hey, do ALL Rangers have to be "work" trucks?

Welcome.

My Ranger was the "parts runner" for my family farm. When we transitioned from 147 acres of hay fields to 147 acres of pine trees, I had a POS Tundra 4x4, v-8, extended cab. I sold the Tundra and took the parts runner as my 4 wheel daily driver. That was 5 years ago and I have a tougher truck. Weather permitting, my primary ride is a custom ElectraGlide. Yes, I am a fair weather rider. I am too old to ride in rain, snow, and temps lower than 45 degrees like I did before I turned 50. The 04 Ranger is coming up on 130K miles and everything works but the seats are showing wear and I need to finish a paint job.

I used my truck to haul about 70 loads to the roll off dumpster one summer.  More than paid for itself.  I'd like a new one, or maybe a Bronco Sasquatch, but I wouldn't like the payments.  I drive whatever the   I want, and don't give many  s about other peoples 'opinions'.

Welcome from Denver
