I installed 2 12'' Kicker Comp Cvr subwoofers running at 2ohm using a boss riot 1600w for them and after I hooked everything up they worked but as I was tuning the amp every time I tried to cut the bass boost or input up it would always go into protect mode I have tried troubleshooting the issue if it was a bad ground or wiring I redid the sub wiring just to see but same issue and the power wire is good amp cut on wire is good all wiring is good I was googling it and read if you take the speaker wire off the subs and if it did do it then it was wiring but it didn't do it and when you hook the speaker wire back up and it did do it then it was sub wiring so that's when I redid sub wiring but same issue. So I was wondering if someone knew how to solve this or if someone had the same problem please let me know what you got thank you and if you were unclear what I said or need more in depth information ill be sure to let you know what I got thank you below ill provide link on how I wired the subs the subs itself and the amp.
