Stripping the threads on your oil pan, driving it out of the garage with no oil in it, using a Fram filter, inflicting body damage to the vehicle and/or driving it through the overhead door when it's down aren't on your list; with this in mind I'd say the children making min wage + $.50/hr at the national oil change parlor were very kind to you and you don't have anything unusual to complain about. Really.
