I think a V8 would be over kill in some degrees. I myself don't find the practicality of it outside of "fun" factors and to be honest. Given some shop/garage time and a credit card. I could make a 4cyl truck nearly as fast and useful by still being able to drive it for a week on the same tank of gas. Lol


Externally the 5.0 and 4.6 are almost as large as a 460 big block   deff not small
