I have a set of metric drill bits. I would find a 9mm drill bit. The conversion is 0.354". A 3/8 bit is 0.359". The real question is will being 0.005" oversize make a difference? If you could get a 45/128" drill bit you would be golden.:)Any time I use SAE tools for metric project I will usually foul it up.
